Our company was founded in 1945 by Ing. Mario Carlomagno and from then on, has constantly and dynamically developed in the most advanced areas of precision machining.
The plant stands on a 30,000 square meters area, 6,000 of which are covered; it has a fully paid-up capital stock of LIT. 2,600,000,000 (1,342,975 Euro) and is managed by Ing. Carlomagno himself with the assistance of his sons: Ing. Nicola and Dott. Bruno Carlomagno.
The fleet of highly advanced machine-tools, among the most important in the world, and the experience of a highly specialized technical staff, make O.PRE a leading company in Italy.
O.PRE design and produce high precision dies for components obtained from thin metal sheets. These dies are designed for highly performing production lines and to produce parts requiring high quality standards. To this purpose, materials with very high wear-proof characteristics are used for the construction of operating components and we require extremely high manufacturing accuracy to ensure interchangeability at any moment and minimize plant outages for maintenance.
Moreover, O.PRE dies are characterized by an essential and linear design to guarantee, first of all, high structural sturdiness, essential to ensure constant results in time.
